Who is responsible
ANGHELUȚĂ C.M. DANIEL PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ is the controller of personal data collected through the SiteParity founding access form. You can contact us at contact@siteparity.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide in the form, such as your email address, whether you are a developer or agency, the number of WordPress sites you manage, and an optional site URL.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage founding-access requests, understand whether SiteParity fits your workflow, and contact you about the private beta and relevant SiteParity updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Where it is stored
The form is provided by Tally and submitted leads are stored in Google Sheets. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the form and lead list. Their own privacy terms also apply.
How long we keep it
We retain founding-access lead data for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or we need to retain it for a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@siteparity.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority, including ANSPDCP in Romania.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the way we operate the form or SiteParity changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
